Cameron is in charge of hiring and safety for our Washington and Oregon territories. He handles onboarding new employees, new hire orientation, and safety trainings. Cameron has been with us full-time since 2015 and worked on our blasting crew during his summers home from college at Eastern Washington University. His background is in sales and account management. He appreciates that every day at MRD provides different challenges. He loves the unique industry that we’re in and enjoys the camaraderie between our employees and witnessing the teamwork that takes place daily to get the job done. Cameron values a positive attitude and strong work ethic and looks for these in employees he’s hiring. He says, “If you have the right attitude and work hard every day, good things will happen. Here at MRD, we want individuals whom we can depend on, and it starts with these two core values.” When he’s not working, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany and their two dogs, golfing, or cheering on the Seattle Seahawks.
