Jake originally joined MRD on shot crew in 2011 before leaving to join the Air Force in 2014. After spending nine years in the Defense Industry, watching MRD grow and progress while traveling, he rejoined our team in 2023 as Lead Estimator. Jake says his favorite thing about working here is the people he works with every day, both coworkers and customers. “MRD has a continuity-based team that is family oriented and passionate about the work and services we provide on a daily basis. That is not something that comes naturally in every company.” He values integrity, humility and accountability and strives to promote these traits on a daily basis. In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his two kids, being outside, and cooking.
